The Standard Interface provides a
standard set of routines with which to access a CDF.
Not all CDF features are available with the Standard Interface.
The Internal Interface must be used to perform operations not available
with the Standard Interface routines (e.g., access to zVariables).
The Standard Interface is callable
from both C and Fortran applications. Table 2.1 lists the
routines available when using the Standard Interface.
Each routine is described in detail in the
corresponding programmer's guide.
