Network Encoding

Network encoding ( NETWORK_ENCODING) specifies that variable and attribute entry data values be written to the CDF in the XDR   (External Data Representation) format. As values are written to the CDF, the CDF library encodes them into network encoding. Network encoded CDFs are readable on any machine supported by CDF.
