Macintosh:
Double-click on the CDFconvert icon. When
the desired parameters/qualifiers have been selected
in the dialog box, click on the Enter button
to convert the CDFs. Clicking on the Help button
will display online help. Clicking on the Quit
button terminates CDFconvert.
