CDFs generated for use by NSSDC applications (e.g., the NSSDC Graphics System [NGS]) are expected to conform to a specified standard. These applications expect certain attributes and make use of several optional attributes and variables to provide additional features. The NSSDC standard does not deal with zVariables or zEntries (for vAttributes).
